Job Description Responsible for customer acquisition by cold calling, visiting potential new customers, and cross selling the consumer products and service to new and existing customers. Apply new innovative ideas in order to market and achieve sales targets for direct sales and exceed service delivery standards Responsibilities o Identifies, prepares prospecting list, and sets appointments to meet potential customers for NBK. Build relationships with key potential customers at the places visited in order to generate future business. o Opens and completes new account opening forms and forms related to sales of products i.e. credit cards, loans…etc, whether online, at the venue visited, or at their offices in order to boost sales performance and ensure effective follow ups. o Manages customer service delivery with follow ups across NBK to ensure that the customer requests are processed and products are delivered to the customers. o Responsible for the successful identification and management, including solution generation for customer problems. * Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Sales background.
